**********
The majesty of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park has captivated the public from the time visitors first started coming to the park. In fact, it is America's most visited national park. The cascade above, located along the little river, helps to invoke both the feeling of power and tranquility. I am not sure completely what causes it, but I am the most at peace when sitting next to a stream or small river and watching the water take its course among the rocks.
The beauty of the Smokies never ceases to amaze me!
